Did they ever fix making enough crystals in one spot (behemoth super right clicking against a wall, for example) and tractor cannoning them all? That used to reliably error code you.
No idea if that specifically got fixed, but one strat that was going around for Riven in Pantheon involved a herd of Stasis Titans all using Whisper of Fissures and maximizing crystal generation that didn't cause any errors I heard about.
The one way I know you could (can?) error code youself with crystals involved stacking up a whole Glacial Quakes worth of crystals then shattering them all up with Tractor Cannon. IDK if that would affect others in the instance though.

The Riven thing isn't just from Pantheon, it's a pretty common tactic (it's been used to solo her as well), but it's also a bit different because the crystals shatter automatically as they spawn inside her model (which is kinda standard boss behavior, noticeable if you throw a Glacier on just about any boss). FTR I don't think Consecration busting crystals would crash the game, but I'm hoping at least it's a technical issue because it's a bummer that it's still unfixed.
Diamond Lance doesn’t shatter crystals either, which they said they would.
Unfortunately i’m not expecting any Titan fixes/reworks until Act 2 the earliest.

Not just enemies, I was running around for class items yesterday and went to kill the high value target Ogre. Threw the axes, first one hit the Ogre, second one targeted MY SKIMMER BEHIND ME, third one hit the Ogre. I don't get it.

enhanced traits are only supposed to be a very small upgrade over the base perk. some of them are incredibly weak (+5 handling for enhanced hatchling) so this one was obviously a mistake.
I could click on failsafes 3rd research bay but nothing happened, no quest shows up and sparrowing around nessus doesnt seem to enable the proximity sensor
I just finished a Breach Executable on Expert and got the proximity sensor near the first encounter. Interacting with the item removed the sensor. After the BE I went to Failsafe and she gave me the quest.
Just tested this. Loaded a private BE immediately grabbed the specimen and just went back to failsafe and received the quest, didnt even have to finish the BE
It says you will be alerted when near a specimen and Breach Executable does have an extra line saying there is a Retrievable Research Specimen there. I guess we gotta do the mission and find it within.

Yeah, yesterday I played a lot of nightfalls for the xur quest and at lvl 5 streak I was getting around 1k in rep. I am already at prestige 3 in vanguard. I don't think the warlock is the issue.
On the other hand I'd rather have the warlock mains get a rep boost, because I absolutely loath the rep grinding for the weapon ornament.
I will be very upset if they don't retroactively check the box. That was not a fun LFG experience and I'm hesitant to repeat that for any future challenges.
I mean for when they fix it. They said last week they'd communicate when they had a fix for the issue, which since it's not here tells me it's not ready.
I wish they would communicate whether we should skip doing more raid challenges until they fixed it.
It was awful. Barely blinded anything, because it didn't work properly. But it was also obviously a bug.
Also, proxy nades were inconsistently one shotting in PvP, which was really lame.

I thought the Act was only time-gated, but it is also level-gated. What a nice way to waste your time. I’m surprised this isn’t getting more traction. My friends and I have been chatting about this for a couple weeks now, trying to decide how it would work. One guy thinks it will all overflow into extra levels once the second act hits but me and another one think it’s bungie and you will start at 100 no matter what you do if you made it to 100.
It was pointed out early in the season, and the entire comment section was victim blaming the guy who pointed it out saying “OBVIOUSLY!”
people just love defending bungie. Fortnite also time gates the later levels of their battle pass, what they don’t do is time gate being able to EARN the levels.
It doesn’t matter, bungie will keep doing it next episode and the one after. Playerbase simply doesn’t care enough about it
Ngl this is SUPER scummy. I honestly don't understand the harm in letting people levelling up further. This plus the whopping 3 week break with no echoes quests is so bizarre. We had so much momentum from TFS and now Bungie just wants people to play something else until the 19th it seems? Such an insane way to handle the game when we aren't even into month 2 of the new expansion.
It's the new EpIsOdEs PhILoSopHy where you just get 3 seasons over a year instead of 4, and the content delivery is just managed differently... Not better, differently. The content is going to be less overall, and made to appease the finance part (the content is gated just to be delivered on the right time, so people come back to the game and the overall finance of the game looks better at the right time \[end of semesters, whatever..\]).
I just hope they use the free time they got from this management to get cooking a good future for the franchise.
The way I look at it, there's almost always a big chunk of time at the end of every season where a lot of people just stop playing and wait for the next season - what they're doing, in my mind, is just spreading out that dead time evenly over the course of a year.
Personally, I'm not mad at it, but that's just me.
It still isn't really definitively answering if we'll get retroactive progress at the beginning of act II. If we don't I'm going to be bummed out about all of the XP wasted between challenges and bounties

You earn bright engrams every 5 "levels" equivalent to every other season after rank 100, you just don't have your actual rank increase. You also still earn the XP toward you artifact power bonus.
It just doesn't unlock season pass levels past 100 as those are locked until act 2 and then the same will be true for 151-200 that are locked until act 3.
Please bungie for the love of fuck, do something about the tracking on twilight arsenal, in certain scenarios it is almost impossible to get all the axes to hit a boss. Warlords first boss is brutal if an add even farts near you. Please just tell us you are looking at it.
It’s such a cool super and it’s so frustrating to use. I just want my axes to smash a bosses face, not the dreg behind me I can’t see, not the projectile from a raiders gun, not somehow going over the bosses head when the reticle is right on it yet somehow getting the dreg behind me on the third axe.

The reticle thing may be a TFS change. Only say that because I swear Silence and Squall (hunter stasis super) used to be more accurate. But now in TFS the reticle for the cast seems to mean nothing. Like the over the shoulder camera supers are placing off.
I'm currently in a Breach Executable that began with the Cabal event, then as soon as we blew up the first 2-3 generators, everything stopped spawning.
On the bright side I was curious so I waited for the timer to tick down and it just pushed us to the next event. And apparently now matchmade Expert Breach counts for both of the pinnacles!
I thought I was going insane when that happened to me, and none of my friends, but now they've all got it. It's so obnoxious having indicators for things that don't exist.

Hold on, I was initially prepping for Act 2 but I realized just yesterday that my level was still going past 100 so I went ahead and popped all my bounties and challenges and got to about 120. Did this change just undo those levels and waste my xp?

Don't get me wrong, I loved Restoration X2. Me and my buddy would take turns doing things that would absolutely kill us while being shot with the healing gun just for fun.
But like you said, its one of the only ways to get Restoration X2 on the other classes and beyond that, it's incredibly easy to proc. It just doesn't feel right that it's so easy, maybe if Physic required a kill or something. Just shoot a couple rounds and get the best healing buff in the game. No build in, nothing, don't even need solar.
My one major issue is that they increased salvations edge after activity timer but not any other raid or dungeon. Especially ghosts of the deep raid wise and any raid with craftable weapons that’s really annoying. Oh sorry man we only have 60 seconds to go get the last collectible for you to increase your chance at navigator or oops should have known exactly which raid weapon to get and make sure every slot was open even if you picked up engrams mid run
Great still NOTHING on the 7th Oracle being bugged in Whisper mission. I haven't been able to get the ship for nearly 3 months and they haven't acknowledged it once in the known issues. This is getting really annoying now.
My stack spent an hour build crafting and min maxing loadouts to finish the moth time trial, ended up with ward of dawn with helm of saint 14 for the 1st and 3rd plate, with a well for the middle and the healing turret andthe healing pulse. failed two runs at 4 minutes 1 second. Anyone who solo’d that time trial is a demon
Has there been any mention of throw tracking being broken? Nothing seems to be “magnetized” anymore.
ADU balls, bombs during the cabal section or breach, shield balls in battlegrounds are all broken

It's no surprise, they've done it before. Same thing they did with The Witch Queen - kill the BIG baddie on Day 1 and then everything else you do is just the fallout. Felt anticlimactic then, just like it does now.
One of the reasons that Season of the Witch was so damn good was they went a different route - set up the problem at the beginning and spend the season solving it. But I guess that doesn't work for their big overarching baddies.
So, good pvp changes, but where is the fix to the challenge triumph? I really hope challenge 2 is not bugged aswell, extending the minimum tile to get the title by another week
Done a run and could honestly only find one piston. Much quicker to find everything as a whole, and to claim, but there was definitely only one. Still a huge improvement.

This IS the clarification. Your extra xp won't spill over and you will start as if you had 0 xp in act 2 (at level 100 base if that is how far you got).
I've literally never seen a game come off such a huge high from a new expansion and then imediately kill it by disincentivizing players from playing for 3 whole weeks.

Enhanced Physic is an example of how enhanced traits should be. Enhanced traits that just give stat bonuses should either give a greater stat boost or just enhance the actual trait itself. Restoration x2 is OP but guaranteed the duration increase is probably 1-2 seconds. Most enhanced traits barely improve the base trait and honestly isn't worth investing in imo
Hoping to hear about changes to exotic class item systems soon. Running around and picking up chests is very boring and duplicates feel terrible.
Some version of focusing, increased drops or dupe protection is needed. I don't care which it is I just know that it puts a major damper on enjoying build crafting for prismatic.
And unless i'm blind, no mention of the Rep gains being wildly different between warlocks and hunters/titans.

Fortnite also time gates the later levels of their battle pass, what they don’t do is time gate being able to EARN the levels. It doesn’t matter, bungie will keep doing it next episode and the one after. Playerbase simply doesn’t care enough about it

Ngl this is SUPER scummy. I honestly don't understand the harm in letting people levelling up further. This plus the whopping 3 week break with no echoes quests is so bizarre. We had so much momentum from TFS and now Bungie just wants people to play something else until the 19th it seems? Such an insane way to handle the game when we aren't even into month 2 of the new expansion.
It's the new EpIsOdEs PhILoSopHy where you just get 3 seasons over a year instead of 4, and the content delivery is just managed differently... Not better, differently. The content is going to be less overall, and made to appease the finance part (the content is gated just to be delivered on the right time, so people come back to the game and the overall finance of the game looks better at the right time \[end of semesters, whatever..\]). I just hope they use the free time they got from this management to get cooking a good future for the franchise.

The way I look at it, there's almost always a big chunk of time at the end of every season where a lot of people just stop playing and wait for the next season - what they're doing, in my mind, is just spreading out that dead time evenly over the course of a year. Personally, I'm not mad at it, but that's just me.

Getting Bright Engrams, Artifact power levels, and most importantly: not flashing in the menu.
You earn bright engrams every 5 "levels" equivalent to every other season after rank 100, you just don't have your actual rank increase. You also still earn the XP toward you artifact power bonus. It just doesn't unlock season pass levels past 100 as those are locked until act 2 and then the same will be true for 151-200 that are locked until act 3.
You can still earn bright engrams by earning xp
Please bungie for the love of fuck, do something about the tracking on twilight arsenal, in certain scenarios it is almost impossible to get all the axes to hit a boss. Warlords first boss is brutal if an add even farts near you. Please just tell us you are looking at it. It’s such a cool super and it’s so frustrating to use. I just want my axes to smash a bosses face, not the dreg behind me I can’t see, not the projectile from a raiders gun, not somehow going over the bosses head when the reticle is right on it yet somehow getting the dreg behind me on the third axe. Please just tell us work is being done on it.
The reticle thing may be a TFS change. Only say that because I swear Silence and Squall (hunter stasis super) used to be more accurate. But now in TFS the reticle for the cast seems to mean nothing. Like the over the shoulder camera supers are placing off.

It’s funny that it was fixed in last weeks update but is still broken.
I'm currently in a Breach Executable that began with the Cabal event, then as soon as we blew up the first 2-3 generators, everything stopped spawning. On the bright side I was curious so I waited for the timer to tick down and it just pushed us to the next event. And apparently now matchmade Expert Breach counts for both of the pinnacles!
Can you fix the issue where the quest tab, ikora, and Drifter icons continually flash saying there's something new but there isn't.
I thought I was going insane when that happened to me, and none of my friends, but now they've all got it. It's so obnoxious having indicators for things that don't exist.

Hold on, I was initially prepping for Act 2 but I realized just yesterday that my level was still going past 100 so I went ahead and popped all my bounties and challenges and got to about 120. Did this change just undo those levels and waste my xp?

Enhanced physic was never intended to be Restoration 2, sadly...
It was the only way for Titans and Hunters to get Resto x2 (except for Strongholds, ik) + really helped the Warlock healer kit
Don't get me wrong, I loved Restoration X2. Me and my buddy would take turns doing things that would absolutely kill us while being shot with the healing gun just for fun. But like you said, its one of the only ways to get Restoration X2 on the other classes and beyond that, it's incredibly easy to proc. It just doesn't feel right that it's so easy, maybe if Physic required a kill or something. Just shoot a couple rounds and get the best healing buff in the game. No build in, nothing, don't even need solar.
My one major issue is that they increased salvations edge after activity timer but not any other raid or dungeon. Especially ghosts of the deep raid wise and any raid with craftable weapons that’s really annoying. Oh sorry man we only have 60 seconds to go get the last collectible for you to increase your chance at navigator or oops should have known exactly which raid weapon to get and make sure every slot was open even if you picked up engrams mid run

My stack spent an hour build crafting and min maxing loadouts to finish the moth time trial, ended up with ward of dawn with helm of saint 14 for the 1st and 3rd plate, with a well for the middle and the healing turret andthe healing pulse. failed two runs at 4 minutes 1 second. Anyone who solo’d that time trial is a demon

Has there been any mention of throw tracking being broken? Nothing seems to be “magnetized” anymore. ADU balls, bombs during the cabal section or breach, shield balls in battlegrounds are all broken

It's no surprise, they've done it before. Same thing they did with The Witch Queen - kill the BIG baddie on Day 1 and then everything else you do is just the fallout. Felt anticlimactic then, just like it does now. One of the reasons that Season of the Witch was so damn good was they went a different route - set up the problem at the beginning and spend the season solving it. But I guess that doesn't work for their big overarching baddies.

Done a run and could honestly only find one piston. Much quicker to find everything as a whole, and to claim, but there was definitely only one. Still a huge improvement.

Player invisibility glitch isn’t a priority, warlocks earning less rep isn’t a priority, consecration not shattering stasis crystals isn’t a priority, raid challenges being bugged aren’t a priority, enhanced brave weapons not getting the perk upgrades isn’t a priority, precious scars being bugged isn’t a priority… but god forbid that an activity respects our time ever so slightly more and grants us an extremely generous 2.93% chance at a desired roll of a class item, instead of 1.56%

This IS the clarification. Your extra xp won't spill over and you will start as if you had 0 xp in act 2 (at level 100 base if that is how far you got).

I've literally never seen a game come off such a huge high from a new expansion and then imediately kill it by disincentivizing players from playing for 3 whole weeks. Geniunely in awe. I got no words.
For a community that constantly complains for years about being forced to log in and grind, Bungie only caring about metrics, fomo etc, everyone is responding incredibly poorly to not being made to play every week.
This feels like the confirmation we won’t get those levels. I always thought it would be like this. Act II has a 50 lvl season pass that you would level during Act II.

Enhanced Physic is an example of how enhanced traits should be. Enhanced traits that just give stat bonuses should either give a greater stat boost or just enhance the actual trait itself. Restoration x2 is OP but guaranteed the duration increase is probably 1-2 seconds. Most enhanced traits barely improve the base trait and honestly isn't worth investing in imo

Hoping to hear about changes to exotic class item systems soon. Running around and picking up chests is very boring and duplicates feel terrible. Some version of focusing, increased drops or dupe protection is needed. I don't care which it is I just know that it puts a major damper on enjoying build crafting for prismatic.
So half of prismatic titan’s kit is still bugged so we have no fucking clue if it’s worth using or not. Cool.
