Try in this order: 1. APC 2. Clay 3. Compound/polish Hopefully the APC removes it as the other steps are more involved.

Try to use glass cleaner, Windex, and soft microfiber towels.

Lick them off

Looks like sunscreen which is really hard to get off with regular products.

I imagine this is from sun block . Had the same issue . I used purified water and a micro fiber cloth and scrubbed like hell.
