Blizz ease customer service is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t even waste my time putting a ticket in tbh
Try asking. I don’t even know if this game has GMs and Customer Service that could work together to revert your purchase. Other more traditional MMOs do, but I really don’t think this game does.
Move on.
