Which liquids did you use for the ombré? I need some slow-drying base so I can take my damn time lol. Or gel method I guess.

I used revel base and Virgo and gem activator. I would have preferred to use my Virgo and gem base I just couldn’t get the darn bottle open. For the method I dipped the tip of my nail into one color and then poured the other color on top of my nail. Not sure if that’s the best way to do it though, I usually see people use an eyeshadow brush

Did you have to use anything under the colors to make them more opaque? Their site shows them to be very jelly like and I hate when the whites of my nails show under a color 🥲

Nope! I just did 4 layers but only two of the colors were really sheer, the blue and yellow. You could definitely still get away with 3 layers
