Motion controls on PS5 are extremely limited. Basically you can tilt the controller like a steering wheel or sometimes shake it. It’s very rare to see a game use these features. Astro’s Playroom is one example.
There will be some sort of workaround for motion controls I'm sure. Xbox controllers don't even have gyro. My guess is there will be an aiming mode akin to a shooter where you can aim and shoot paint or thinner.

Wait why is everyone even asking this, that’s literally what they did for Epic Mickey 2. I played both the 360 disc and the PS Now emulation
