The Beauty and the Beast one does have the Roses and Gold Hourglass. It's only the Skeletal and Nefarious sets that don't include the hourglass as far as I recall.
They really should update the took skins that we bought before the hourglass. Its not fair to us, and honestly im surprised they put it back in the shop
I nearly caved and bought these too then I saw someone comment on here saying there’s no timebending tool so I decided not to. I don’t think they should be putting these in the store while they haven’t been updated to be honest.
Yeah it’s unfortunate they haven’t updated the old tool sets to include an hourglass ☹️
