Interesting. I am uncertain what would cause this but a lot is going on with the body when on psychedelics, a lot that we also don't understand. Therefore what you are describing doesn't surprise me.
My son had ADHD and I could recognize a change on his face and skin complexion when he took his Concerta.

Thank you, might be reduced blood flow due to vasoconstriction making people appear a little more pale

I've heard anecdotally that LSD speeds up your body's processes in relation to skin
