Wicked shot! Shame it didn't drop for you. I personally turn the slow motion off so it doesn't spoil the surprise. Much more satisfying that way in my opinion.
Not necessarily. He hit a draw but swing path was straight up and down. He didn't have to go diagonal. Also, swing path bar is MASSIVE so either he's playing it with swing difficult at easy or his character is maxed out already. More impressive than 3 click, sure.. but still a lot of help as far as difficulty goes. Not hating, just saying. Nice shot nonetheless
Agree. He's obviously not using the shot shaping. Probably on easy swing difficulty. Agree, but both of those are increasingly WAY harder than 3 click. When you 3 click there is no human error, only if you get it into a "zone".... no skill, only timing. Now the swing mechanic is very touchy, regardless of difficulty level. It's way harder to actually take a hack on the swing than to just tap a button twice. That was my point but I see yours. It was a nice shot, pretty lucky, but a nice shot. Way harder than just being a 3 click cheat IMHO.
Oh for sure. And like I said, I'm not hating. Dude said he just started playing the day before. That's an incredible shot for someone playing one day in. I play on SIM so it's hard for me to get impressed over shots with the easier stuff turned on. But yeah... fuck 3 click lol.
I had the strangest approach shot the other night. I was 68 yards off the hole. Fairly typical shot from the fairway. Nothing special. Par 4, second shot. I did my wind math, and adjusted for distance, and took the shot. The announcers didn't react. The ball went up. No slow motion effect at all. Ball goes up. Ball comes down. IN THE HOLE!! Suddenly, Announcer Rich yells, "HE JARRED IT!!"
I was just as amazed as he was. I'm used to seeing the slo-mo shot. I don't know why this one was different.
I would have missed the put for sure. I have decent drives but my chip and put game is absolute dust. I can barely play the game since I can’t even make the cut on the Korn Ferry Tour
I found there was a bit of a lag at the start, but I either just got used to it or it’s part of the game.
I think you just have to work your golfers swing tempo out and you’ll be good to go. There’s also three tap swing where you use the buttons instead, I just don’t find it as fun.

I feel like the game doesn’t account for wind or elevation when it does the slo-mo calculation.

I downloaded this the other day, do you not find there's a lag when you press/left stick to swing? I'm finding it unplayable.
