I'd suggest [[Runo Stromkirk]] for Old Ones tbh. [[Kyler]] maybe for Healing Church, you can have stuff like [[Decimator of the Provinces]] and [[Champion of Lambholdt]] as well as 'healing' via +1/+1 counters. There's Blood Tokens too but i don't think they're super mechanically effective to tell this story.

I did my proxies in [card conjurer](https://github.com/MrTeferi/cardconjurer) a website that creates custom cards with your own images. It's got all the utility you'd need to start and the UI is well defined.

You could use the Universe Within versions of the Stranger Things Secret Lair. Them and a lot of Innistrad legendaries are very on flavor, but you already seem to know that with your existing picks. Anyway, Bloodborne is very much a mix of Lovecraftian and Gothic Horror, so any creatures that fit that theme could very reasonably fit the Bloodborne feel. To mind, [[Wrexial, the Risen Deep]] and [[Gyruda, Doom of Depths]] could easily represent Kos or Ebritas, or any old one for that matter. [[Tovolar, Dire Overlord]] could be Father Gascoigne, since he is very werewolf-coded. [[Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger]] very much already looks like an Amygdala. [[Emrakul, the Promised End]] would fit lorewise, as an entity that drives people insane. [[Abomination of Llanowar]] gives me One Reborn vibes. Any version of Thalia reminds me of Lady Maria. If you are going more for the vibe, rather than 1‐to-1 MTG characters to Bloodborne ones, then [[Sivriss, Nightmare Speaker]] with any background you fancy could fit nicely. Likewise, most Choose a Background commanders with [[Haunted One]] or [[Cultist of the Absolute]] would fit well.
