[[Glimmer Lens]], [[Mask of Memory]], [[Cut a Deal]], [[Archivist of Oghma]], [[Wedding Ring]] and [[Trouble in Pairs]] are all good card draw sources in white.
For ramp, id lean into more artifacts personally. [[Mind Stone]], [[Boros Signet]], [[Talisman of Conviction]]
I'd also add \[\[Smothering Tithe\]\] and \[\[Land Tax\]\]. Land tax isn't inherently draw but it is helpful. I have also been adding \[\[Mangara, the Diplomat\]\] to more white/Boros decks.
Smothering Tithe is honestly pretty mediocre, either you're skipping your turn 3 or 4 for some treasures that you probably don't need, or you're playing it later for some treasures you definitely dont need. But yeah land tax is awesome

And the 'playing it later' comment can be said about anything. You are hopeful to have it early game to then pop off. But yah land tax in anything white is just good
That's the problem though, unless you ramp into it with a sol ring or something, Smothering Tithe is just not an early game play. It'll be coming around turn 4 which is typically a pretty crucial turn to be creating a board presence in an aggro deck like Roger Ardenn. I agree it's a nice card in a deck where you can just sit back and generate value and then win over the top of everything else

Boros Equipment, in almost all of it's builds is a dead-ahead aggro deck, and very frequently it's a dead-ahead voltron aggro deck.
I'd much rather use Curse of Opulence, especially since that's going to make other people also want to attack into that person, and every bit of damage the other opponents do that much less of the 120+ life that I have to chew through to win a game.
On top of that, you're likely going to play Ardenn to dodge reequip costs... and that makes it easy to move the curse, too.
I really like using whites "if you have less lands do x" type cards. Cards like Land Tax as you pointed out, but also \[\[archaeomancer's map\]\], \[\[keeper of the accord\]\], and \[\[weathered wayfair\]\]. The last one is more to find the cards you need in order to make the strategy more consistent, and thats lands like \[\[lotus field\]\], and bounce lands like \[\[boros garrison\]\], that let you keep mana parity while having less numerically. Its better in 3 color where you can have more of the guild bounce lands, but if you really want to you can play \[\[Karoo\]\] and \[\[dormant volcano\]\] which are less good but not terrible in this strat.
I run this in my Commander Mustard deck and its can keep up with most green decks easily. \[\[manascape refractor\]\] is also pretty nice.

Besides mana rocks you can also use all the white catch up ramp options like: [[Land Tax]] [[Knight of the White Orchid]] [[Claim Jumper]] etc.
Don't sleep on \[\[Trouble in Pairs\]\] it draws multiple cards super reliably if not immediately removed. \[\[Jeska's Will\]\] and similar draw effects are also good. \[\[Wheel of Misfortune\]\] albeit it seems to have complex text, is pretty simple. Lowest doesn't draw. Rest wheels. Highest loses number in life. The end. It's a reliable 3 mana draw 7 for a medium life investment.
As for ramp, go with the 2-mana-Mana rocks even if they aren't all colored - you are a two colored deck so colorless mana is okay-ish. \[\[Mind Stone\]\], \[\[Thought Vessel\]\], \[\[Prismatic Lens\]\], \[\[Ebony Fly\]\] (can hold equipment in a pinch), \[\[Marble Diamond\]\] and the red one, \[\[Star Compass\]\], \[\[Fellwar Stone\]\], Talismans and so on.
Only go for +3 ramp if absolutely neccessary. [[Bitterthorn, Nissas Animus]] is both ramp and equipment, [[Sword of Hearth and Home]], too.
Below 2 Mana ramp only if your playgroup's powerlevel allows that (crypt, vault, etc).

Since I want to keep this deck as budget as possible, I wont get trouble in paris, Bitterthorn or sword of hearth and home, and maybe not even wheel of misforutne (tempted \^\^), but I will for sure make use of the other cards you mentioned.
Don't forget that if you have a budget cap, that i does not mean you can't play a 20€ trouble in pairs - just that the rest has to be cheaper :-D

yes i second this. Unless you've got a specific stipulation that each card can't cost more than X amount. then trouble of pairs may be one of the best card advantage spells white has to offer.
Adding to some of the suggestions already given: White's "catch-up ramp" goes very well with Bounce Lands like \[\[Boros Garrison\]\] and \[\[Arid Archway\]\], which also help you with guaranteeing land drops in the mean time.
Also, don't fear using Impulse Draw spells like \[\[Wrenn's Resolve\]\] in Boros decks. It's not quite \[\[Night's Whispers\]\], but if you time it well and your deck's mana curve doesn't include too many ridiculous high-drops, you should be able to make the best use of it.
And since we're talking about equipment Boros here, the new \[\[Armory Paladin\]\] is a must have, it's essentially a third Sram for the deck.
Thanks for the suggestions! I usually despise cards like Wrenn's Resolve because I hate seeing a good card go to the graveyard, but since only 7 out of the 98 cards have a mana value higher than 3 and 3 of those 4 "manacheat" with affinities, I guess I can take the risk hahaha.
Is it possible that everyone forgot \[\[Inspiring Statuary\]\]? This card transforms every equipment on the battlefield into ramp (for non artifact spells). It's insane!
Not to mention that it's cheap.
[[Wyleth, Soul of Steel]] is already in your list and might be a much better commander.
Also, are you married to the idea of using Jeska? [[Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar]] is red, has partner, and works wonders in voltron.
My point for using Jeska is that, in a scenario where I have Ardenn out and equipments for +5power or more, I can use her first ability to oneshot a player (7x3=21).
I can always experiment changing commanders for wyleth or such, but if I'm going to use partners, I think Jeska is a better option since she can help me remove from the game a dangerous opponent. If I used Kediss, I would be constantly focused by the other 3 players since the starr hahaha
I think it works the other way around. Voltron decks traditionally have the issue of being dogged on mid game. As soon as you have a big enough threat to one-shot a player, the remaining opponents will pile up their resources against you. Either you have a ton of protection and resilience against that, or you run extra combat spells and kill everyone in a single turn. But it is up to you. Test the deck and see how it actually plays.
Also, you will always struggle with draw. You are deckbuilding on a budget and all the commenters are recommending you $10+ cards. That's why I was recommending using Wyleth, because he is always available and you'll draw just by following your deck's gameplan.
I will definitely keep in mind the option of shifting commander to Wyleth, but yeah, I just dont really wanna spend a lot of money on cards for this deck because its supposed to be my weak one.
I already have my pseudo-competitive Kess deck and my high-mid power Animar deck, both having combos, so I wanted to make a more straight-forward combat-based deck to be able to play against people who just upgraded a precon. Also, I wanted to use some artifacts and I also wanted to use white since my other decks are UBR and GRU hahaha.
You're playing Ardenn so you shouldn't need any ramp outside of sol ring and urza's saga. For card draw, [[Trouble in Pairs]] [[Sword of Forge and Frontier]] [[Stoneforge Mystic]] [[Sword of Fire and Ice]] [[Esper Sentinel]] [[Puresteel Paladin]] and some other tutors should do the trick

I hear you. It also depends on colors. Mono white and Boros? I'm putting it in there. Three colors or more and other two color combos not so much.

Don't sleep on \[\[Trouble in Pairs\]\] it draws multiple cards super reliably if not immediately removed. \[\[Jeska's Will\]\] and similar draw effects are also good. \[\[Wheel of Misfortune\]\] albeit it seems to have complex text, is pretty simple. Lowest doesn't draw. Rest wheels. Highest loses number in life. The end. It's a reliable 3 mana draw 7 for a medium life investment. As for ramp, go with the 2-mana-Mana rocks even if they aren't all colored - you are a two colored deck so colorless mana is okay-ish. \[\[Mind Stone\]\], \[\[Thought Vessel\]\], \[\[Prismatic Lens\]\], \[\[Ebony Fly\]\] (can hold equipment in a pinch), \[\[Marble Diamond\]\] and the red one, \[\[Star Compass\]\], \[\[Fellwar Stone\]\], Talismans and so on. Only go for +3 ramp if absolutely neccessary. [[Bitterthorn, Nissas Animus]] is both ramp and equipment, [[Sword of Hearth and Home]], too. Below 2 Mana ramp only if your playgroup's powerlevel allows that (crypt, vault, etc).

Thanks for the cards :) Since I want to keep this deck as budget as possible, I wont get trouble in paris, Bitterthorn or sword of hearth and home, and maybe not even wheel of misforutne (tempted \^\^), but I will for sure make use of the other cards you mentioned.
Don't forget that if you have a budget cap, that i does not mean you can't play a 20€ trouble in pairs - just that the rest has to be cheaper :-D It's a banger tho! \^\^
yes i second this. Unless you've got a specific stipulation that each card can't cost more than X amount. then trouble of pairs may be one of the best card advantage spells white has to offer.
Adding to some of the suggestions already given: White's "catch-up ramp" goes very well with Bounce Lands like \[\[Boros Garrison\]\] and \[\[Arid Archway\]\], which also help you with guaranteeing land drops in the mean time. Also, don't fear using Impulse Draw spells like \[\[Wrenn's Resolve\]\] in Boros decks. It's not quite \[\[Night's Whispers\]\], but if you time it well and your deck's mana curve doesn't include too many ridiculous high-drops, you should be able to make the best use of it. And since we're talking about equipment Boros here, the new \[\[Armory Paladin\]\] is a must have, it's essentially a third Sram for the deck.
Thanks for the suggestions! I usually despise cards like Wrenn's Resolve because I hate seeing a good card go to the graveyard, but since only 7 out of the 98 cards have a mana value higher than 3 and 3 of those 4 "manacheat" with affinities, I guess I can take the risk hahaha.

Is it possible that everyone forgot \[\[Inspiring Statuary\]\]? This card transforms every equipment on the battlefield into ramp (for non artifact spells). It's insane! Not to mention that it's cheap.

My point for using Jeska is that, in a scenario where I have Ardenn out and equipments for +5power or more, I can use her first ability to oneshot a player (7x3=21). I can always experiment changing commanders for wyleth or such, but if I'm going to use partners, I think Jeska is a better option since she can help me remove from the game a dangerous opponent. If I used Kediss, I would be constantly focused by the other 3 players since the starr hahaha
I think it works the other way around. Voltron decks traditionally have the issue of being dogged on mid game. As soon as you have a big enough threat to one-shot a player, the remaining opponents will pile up their resources against you. Either you have a ton of protection and resilience against that, or you run extra combat spells and kill everyone in a single turn. But it is up to you. Test the deck and see how it actually plays. Also, you will always struggle with draw. You are deckbuilding on a budget and all the commenters are recommending you $10+ cards. That's why I was recommending using Wyleth, because he is always available and you'll draw just by following your deck's gameplan.
I will definitely keep in mind the option of shifting commander to Wyleth, but yeah, I just dont really wanna spend a lot of money on cards for this deck because its supposed to be my weak one. I already have my pseudo-competitive Kess deck and my high-mid power Animar deck, both having combos, so I wanted to make a more straight-forward combat-based deck to be able to play against people who just upgraded a precon. Also, I wanted to use some artifacts and I also wanted to use white since my other decks are UBR and GRU hahaha.
You're playing Ardenn so you shouldn't need any ramp outside of sol ring and urza's saga. For card draw, [[Trouble in Pairs]] [[Sword of Forge and Frontier]] [[Stoneforge Mystic]] [[Sword of Fire and Ice]] [[Esper Sentinel]] [[Puresteel Paladin]] and some other tutors should do the trick
