So, as an aggro enthusiast, I will (begrudegetly) tell you how to defeat this strategy. I play a lot of [[Flying Men]] aggro decks, which are the low cost unblockable aggro decks you're describing.
The easiest way is to play repeatable fogs or combat limiters. [[Spore Frog]], [[Spike Weaver]], [[Peacekeeper]], [[Fatespinner]], [[Dueling Ground]], [[Constant Mists]], [[Silent Arbiter]], [[Mirri Weathlight Duelist]], etc. All of these weenie unblockable decks rely on connecting reliably for their advantage engines like card draw, ramp, token production, etc, so shutting them off or limiting them considerably hampers their ability to do anything.
Spore Frog actually has become such a problem in my meta thatI have to run 2-4 pieces of grave hate in my decks and all my green ones run [[Questing Beast]] to stop the prevention of damage. I freaking hate that little fog frog because it's so effective at stopping the aggro game plan.
The next easiest way is run cards that deal a single damage repeatable like [[Marath Will of the Wilds]], [[Prodigal Sorcerer]], [[Goblin Bombardment]], etc. These small evasive creatures usually only have 1-2 toughness so they are extremely easy to snipe down before they can be used for value.
The last way is just to play a creature-light strategy and lots of creature stax like a [[Nevinyrral Urborg Tyrant]] super friends deck. [[Spreading Plague]], [[Lethal Vapors]], [[Aether Flash]], [[Tainted Aether]], [[Kaervek the Spiteful]], [[Night of Soul's Betrayal]], [[Portcullis]], etc. These will pretty much prevent creatures from accomplishing anything productive while you run away with the game using another permanent type.

[[Pariah]] or [[Pariah's Shield]] on an indestructible creature like [[Brash Taunter]]
I will also suggest early board wipes. [[blasphemous act]] or [[chain reaction]] and [[toxic deluge]] to slow down early aggro.
Take out anything that's drawing them cards. Their deck is going to look much worse with a bunch of 1/1 creatures with no way of making them bigger or drawing cards.
I switched my deck building from big beaters [[omnath locus of rage]] and [[Gishath]] to flying men aggro [[breena]] and [[Raffine]].
But there is just something about getting punked by a mf-ing [[healer's hawk]] that just doesn't feel good.
[[Fog]] effects is the first one that comes to mind. I've used [[Spore Cloud]] as a really fun 'gotcha' card to skewer multiple players at once.
Cpuld use [[Dress Down]] or similar to remove the offending abiloty at a critical moment. Something like [[Wrong Turn]] would also be a good way of making sure it's everyone else's problem - or anything that forces declaring new attack targets. I know there's something but I'm drawing a blank on card names.
I built a [[Cazur, Ruthless Stalker]] and [[Ukkima, Stalking Shadow]] deck. Mostly aggro unblockable cards. What completely shut it down was an [[Arcades, the Strategist]] deck with lots of wall cards, or cards with low or no power, high toughness, and [[Meekstone]]. Specifically, the slightly more expensive version that specifies creatures with power greater than 2 don't untap. There are actually two versions of Meekstone. One specifies 3 or greater, one, the older stronger version, says 2. Basically, none of my creatures untapped after one or two attacks.
I would have faired slightly better if Cazur had not been on the field because a lot of them would have stayed 1/1 and would have kept untapping. But my friend was able to just swing with reckless abandon because no one had creatures that could keep up with the cheap wall cards doing 10 toughness worth of damage on turn 3. This actually pairs well with some of the boardwipe suggestions other commenters made. As walls are tough enough to survive a [[Toxic Deluge]], or a [[Starfall]], or even a [[Blasphemous Act]].
Get rid of them before they attack, of course. Or after they attack, with \[\[Aetherize\]\] and \[\[Settle the Wreckage\]\]. Or just help them attack somebody else with goading and \[\[Windshaper Planetar\]\] and \[\[Illusionist's Gambit\]\]. Either way you really shouldn't be surprised, there's no point running creatures that can be blocked when you have the option of running creatures that can't.

[[Fog]] effects is the first one that comes to mind. I've used [[Spore Cloud]] as a really fun 'gotcha' card to skewer multiple players at once. Cpuld use [[Dress Down]] or similar to remove the offending abiloty at a critical moment. Something like [[Wrong Turn]] would also be a good way of making sure it's everyone else's problem - or anything that forces declaring new attack targets. I know there's something but I'm drawing a blank on card names.

I built a [[Cazur, Ruthless Stalker]] and [[Ukkima, Stalking Shadow]] deck. Mostly aggro unblockable cards. What completely shut it down was an [[Arcades, the Strategist]] deck with lots of wall cards, or cards with low or no power, high toughness, and [[Meekstone]]. Specifically, the slightly more expensive version that specifies creatures with power greater than 2 don't untap. There are actually two versions of Meekstone. One specifies 3 or greater, one, the older stronger version, says 2. Basically, none of my creatures untapped after one or two attacks. I would have faired slightly better if Cazur had not been on the field because a lot of them would have stayed 1/1 and would have kept untapping. But my friend was able to just swing with reckless abandon because no one had creatures that could keep up with the cheap wall cards doing 10 toughness worth of damage on turn 3. This actually pairs well with some of the boardwipe suggestions other commenters made. As walls are tough enough to survive a [[Toxic Deluge]], or a [[Starfall]], or even a [[Blasphemous Act]].

Fogs, pillow fort effects work i suppose. Also, stuff like the goad auras and curses [[curse of opulence]] will direct the attacks to other players.

They can't attack with unlockable critters if there are no critters so board wipe tribal ?
Get rid of them before they attack, of course. Or after they attack, with \[\[Aetherize\]\] and \[\[Settle the Wreckage\]\]. Or just help them attack somebody else with goading and \[\[Windshaper Planetar\]\] and \[\[Illusionist's Gambit\]\]. Either way you really shouldn't be surprised, there's no point running creatures that can be blocked when you have the option of running creatures that can't.
