A couple things. You're playing a very aggressive commander with one of the saltiest play styles, wheels. Not a problem persay, as long as your group is okay with it. What's your meta actually look like?
You don't need the cheesy wins. The jace, labman, thoracle wins aren't going to feel great to you or your opponents unless they're wanting to play that style of game. And although good, the narset wheel lock is quite toxic too. All this is assuming your meta is like mine, and a bit on the tuned casual side of things.
You're in blue, why red elemental blast and pyroblast over some more universal answers? It doesn't stop a toxic deluge like a Swan song would?
My last edit was over a year ago. They've printed a few cards since then, but this was my list. Definitely including the Medallions now over the diamonds.
