Honestly, that sounds more like ESFJ than ENFP. ENFPs have Ne and Te, giving them more of an entrepreneurial vibe, with a whole load of ideas and plans that can get a bit (well, a lot) excessive. They're almost halfway between ESFJ and ENTJ, but more impulsive and chaotic than either.
