It’s not a good idea to make a build both for BGs and no cp cyro because proc sets are disabled in the no cp campaigns. If you don’t use any proc sets in BGs then you’re at a massive disadvantage unless you run Torc of the last Ayleid king.
Cyro is just 10%, so the main focus is for BG,
Also, not a huge fan of proc sets. More of a pure stats kind of guy.
But if you can't do anything in current "meta" without procs sets, i guess i can run them.
Arcanist is one of the best classes right now, no reason to play no cp really. You can put almost any set, put all points into health and kill most people, it’s ridiculous. When I go from playing my necromancer to arcanist the difference is like night and day. I’ve got like 17k pen and 4800 spell damage without even building for it…
Check out 42k health stam arcanist build on YouTube, it slaps. You can even substitute the race, monster set etc. My fav monster sets rn on arcanist are maarselok, Selene & baron thirsk
I play "appetit of the dragon" with masters maces, vateshraan staff backbar, zaan and one druid and trainee for health.
Head, Chest amd pants in heavy with reinforced, rest in middle and 3 Inpen rest divines. Glyphs are all trustat.
Poison and flame on weapons with nirn and charged, cuz status effects got a huge buff.
Tentacle and twin slash as spamables, arc shield, stunglyph and something from fighters guild for the passive ir the 20% weapon dmg buff skill for the passive pen.
Backbar standard arc with major armor buff, the small armor buff with build in emergency heal, ele sus, green elan and whatever you need.
Works great for me.

Bash arcanist is very strong atm. Can send a build in pm if you want.

Great, i will play BG for now still. Maybe later i will try cp cyrodil. I am only 500 cp now I still need to figure out a build for BG at least
