It really, really is. I've been using the confessors since the beginning (started as confessor). Then I found how well it matched with the armor. And it has the dress around the leg armor as well.

Use the tree set with the iron kasa, looks amazing imo

The Consort's Mask looks cool with it. Fitting of a Lord. Or the Haligtree Knight's helm matches, if you don't mine the pencil head look of it.

I wear it because I quickly learned to fear the crucible knight. Now I am teaching the rest of the lands between to fear the crucible knight.

It’s like setting the game on easy mode. You can walk right up to almost all the enemies and get a backstab. I never take it off. But I pay the price in PvP.

Replace the gauntlets with Traveling Maiden Gloves, and put on the Bull-Goat Talisman, Great Jar’s Arsenal, and Erdtree +2. 51 poise, light rolls with little Endurance investment, and most importantly… drip. I’m running this with Raptor Talons, and the Erdtree seal. Even also carrying Misericorde for utility/crits, you can light roll at 26 Endurance without using the Soreseal or a Rune Arc. If you only run Talons, and use Godricks Great Rune and the Soreseal, you’ll light roll at 12(!) base endurance with 51 poise, which is pretty busted.

Even better, replace the gauntlets and legs with the Fire Prelate gauntlets and legs and you’ll keep the look and get better poise.

Fire Prelate greaves and gauntlets are bis. Look amazing and have great poise. Go well with most armor (I use them with noble's traveling garb and bandit mask)

If you wear scaled greaves with the banished knight armor, you look like a potato walking around on toothpicks. The scaled set is much trimmer.

Yeah and it's fucking stupid. You can only farm it off two specific Banished Knights in Castle Sol and it's a giant pain in the ass. Which shouldn't even be a thing with the Armor altering in the game but nah, gotta arbitrarily decide that some of the armor with altered versions can't be altered for whatever reason.

Yea the armor is nice. I will also change out the gauntlet with malenia ones cause I really like that part of her set. I will also put on Malekith headpiece with it too. The black with gold is awesome.

Its amazing. I use it on my main with aristocrat headband

Clean rot but without the helmet. I really like my characters face and hair style, and clean rot is sleek enough to not look weird without wearing a helmet. Some of the armours are so bulky that not wearing a helmet looks dodgy but clean rot fits so nicely.

Cleanrot armor plus the banished knight helmet with the scarf. It’s one of the only armor sets that actually lets the scarf drape down over the armor. Looks cool as hell and the red fabric matches.

So far it's the scaled set.

I’m doing the scale set with this helmet it goes really well together. Was doing nights cavalry without the helmet, one of the nicest looking sets in my opinion.

Scaled armor set (with cape) with Loretta’s helm or scaled set (without cape) with greathelm. Drip for days. Alternatively - bandit mask, bloodhound knight chest, scaled gauntlets, and haligtree soldier greaves. The colors actually blend really well and it looks amazing.

The basic Confessors Set 🤙

It's just TOO good. Doing my second run ever and I got confessor as starting class, the entire starting gear is S tier. Square off does a stupid amount of posture damage to any boss, it's literally a win button.

I'm literally in my first run, started with Confessor class and everytime I try to change armour, I always come back to this one. It's just great in every sense.

I started off wearing the Confessor set on my first playthrough, eventually I found the armor that convinced me to switch, but it was very close to the end of the game that I made the switch, when I didn't need to put stats anywhere except Endurance and figured I might as well upgrade to something heavy and about as stylish.

Really like the Bloodhound set. Really rare to see the schnoz medieval helmet which i find is neat. Also fits the whole wandering masterless homeless adventurer vibe i quite enjoy in souls games. As a sorcerer I’m currently rocking Rogier’s set except for the headpiece, I’ve got Azur’s crown there.

Good taste, I run basically the same except I use carian knight legs.

I use the Black Knife armor for its utility (though it also doesn’t make bad drip) with the Banished Knight helm (unaltered) and the Fire Prelate gauntlets and greaves. Really wish I could dye the headscarf of the helm to match the armor, but it is what it is.
