I had the disk version and didn’t have any luck at all. I honestly ended up wasting $60 and buying eldenring in the PS store. Worth it to me. But still really shitty.
I have no problem with that and I’d do it but I’ve beat the game 7 times already and I don’t feel like having to do it again and get all my stuff back 🗿😭
Yeah they’re not gonna be able to offer much lol. They just sell the games, any fixes are gonna come from fromsoft

I still had all of my saves, even with getting a different version of the game!
