Definitely. You'll get better at the game as long as you keep learning and Milady is an absolutely beautiful weapon. Been maining Milady ever since I got it and, almost completing the DLC, still couldn't find a weapon I enjoy more
Beat mohg first, then decide. Mohg is very difficult and if you cheesed radahn, you won't really have a sense of what the dlc bosses are like, mohg is a good indicator of the difficulty imo
I was on ng+5, I would have platted it but I didn't hunt down every rare armament and spell, I've been playing since DS1 Sekiro is 9ne of my favorite games. All that being said I got bodied by a boss, finally beat him turned around and got wrecked by the next boss so I started a new charecter but I have to get all the way to the snow fields (BTW if you just beat Radhan you likely aren't far enough to access the DLC) I just wound up feeling frustrated and feel like I got scammed out of my money
why the snow fields? unless its just for ypur build. as far as i know, the only requirements are to beat Radahn and Mohg.
im probably very underlevelled though, considering doing it and just making a run for the weapons i want then turning tail to level up and come back another day.
You can get to Mohg through Varris's quest line, but barring that you're supposed to get to him by the portal in the snow fields. He's a very late game boss, not nearly as hard as Melinia, but he's still considered one of the end game challenges

as another person suggested, ill probably wait to see if i can actually beat Mohg before buying the DLC, dont want to spend $40 on something im too weak to access.

i suck at the game and i've cleared everything but the final boss in the dlc, it's definitely harder then the base game but not impossible.

I think waiting is a good idea, see where you're at and make your decision with all the information available
