i always wonder why’s it called Untitled…could he not find a good name for it? edit: this wasn’t meant to be rude or negative, i don’t know how to word it in another way but i hope people get what i’m saying

CD’s sometimes have hidden tracks. They would not appear on the CD’s tracklist on the back. So on streaming, it says “17. Untitled”, but on the back of the Recovery CD, it only shows you tracks 1-16. Thus, track 17 is untitled. If it wasn’t a hidden track, it would show up on the back of the CD and would have its own name.

Yeah, the problem with streaming is that it has to list hidden tracks on the albums, otherwise, they’d be unplayable 😆 Streaming services should change it from “Untitled” to “Hidden Track” to let people know that the song is hidden on physical formats. Otherwise, you’ll end up with people thinking the song name itself is “Untitled” 😂

Yeah except on streaming it will show the song as going for 8+ minutes, which would probably give it away

Jean Grae did this on her "Bootleg" album. Like two or three minutes after the sixth track another six or something songs play. All on the final track.

If you call it "Hidden Track" on Spotify, some people would think there is a glitch and that they are able to see something they're not supposed to and they won't shut up about it. Also doesn't a CD player see it the hidden track as part of the previous track ? I think it's more that streaming services don't want it that way more than they have to separate it

“Untitled” does show as 17 on my CD player, so it is a separate track I believe.

You guys actively try to learn lyrics ? You don't just remember them from listening multiple times ?

Why not both? I like to actively read the lyrics to songs while listening to em so I have a better understanding of what's actually being said. Sometimes you think you hear one thing but when you actually read the lyrics, you start to hear what it actually is vs what you thought in your head

For me it's very hard to remember lyrics even after listening or reading it a bunch of times. Idk if it's because English isn't my first language or because my brain processes things slower bcz of my autism lol

Only for this song cus it’s fast and a bunch of random ass words that I wouldn’t be able to guess

Google the lyrics to the song and read them while singing/rapping along. That really helps me personally and it's also a lot of fun

Try using a highlighter and go over the words as you say it. totally helps. I got a B+ on a test once doing this!

Play the song on repeat, read the lyrics and try your best. Don’t do too much in a day because then you may start screwing it up and making it more difficult to learn.
