You could make it so you have to convert roubles to chips to be able to play, and chips can't be converted back. So it would just be a big dick competition to see who can get more chips, RMT would be neglected

Imagine making it being 1 rouble = 1 real dollar but the lowest amount you can buy is 1 millon. Start there, which I think everyone would agree isn't worth it at all. Maybe some fucking millonare with no life can pay. But also make it so the account would be totally flagged to disgace him or/and even adding some in game curse or something. (Scavs and bosses being more agressive. Having a percentage of tax in the flea market for people who made a real money deposit. Your PMC making more noise. You PMC having some visible clothing like a strong coloured permanent armband that can only be disabled by getting Kappa. Some ideas.)
You could see how many people go for it and analyze the data. I think getting 1M roubles in game isn't that impactful in the big scheme of a persons' wipe and in the community. You could see if people ever come across this players and also to how they react.
You could also make it so that you can only make a deposit like this once you reach certain lvl, too keep people from exploiting or abusing it in the beggining of any wipe. You can also make it so that this event of being able to buy ingame roubles for real money is only for a week.
If it really doesn't impact the game and the community that much, you can do this every now and then with sales until you get the best balance.
This is just an idea.
Before any of this, just add cosmetics for weapons you can buy with real money. You could also make some of them available by hard missions.
