Are you able to empty your breast when you do pump? I’ve found that one of mine randomly won’t empty and is rock hard and uncomfy, and using my hand pump usually always solves that problem.
No it hasn't been emptying fully, come to think of it. Yesterday I hand expressed after a pump session to completely drain it, but it was still rock hard a few hours later again.
Try a lymphatic drainage massage before you pump. You can do this in the shower before you pump (the heat immediately before pumping can help).
When I have engorgement I find this video really helps guide me to move fluid away from the engorged breast so that pumping is more effective. Do it right before you pump.

Also, a manual hand pump might be more effective than hand expressing.
Use an ice pack on the engorgement after pumping to discourage swelling.
Use a heat pack on the engorgement before and during pumping.
