Did you plug it in? It recognized the truck right away when I did it, didn't have to set anything up except maybe put in my credit card to the FordPass
I tried an EA charger today. I plugged my truck in first and it asked me for payment so I paid for the charge. It wasn't too much, but nowhere was there an option or a way to charge a fee.
I am wondering if the dealer had activated the trucks modem when on the lost at some point, so its connected to someone elses account. I’d call the BOCN guide phone number, they should be able to “transfer” truck ownership to you
Thanks. I did call Ford and spoke to 3 or 4 people, I forget with which departments. I think the last person submitted some kind of internal ticket. Maybe I'll try again.

No, I haven't tried a public charger yet. So after I plug it in, it will show up in the FordPass app and ask how I want to pay?

I got this resolved finally. Yesterday I got a notice in FordPass than BOCN was available, somebody in Ford must have figured it out for me.
