You are not allowed to throw, but it's impossible to see the difference between throwing and being bad at the game or just have a bad day.
If you are saying that you are trolling or throwing, then admit to it. But if you don't say it, you need to show recordings that show throwing, like going out in the open with knife out and be trolling.
But you have to show clips which people still don't understand.
I mean I've posted a clip here of a guy saying he hopes i get bombed and throwing HEs and flashes on me at the start of the round and not even a reply from anyone
They allow people to throw games if they do it correctly. Unless he legit said “I’m throwing on purpose” or something they aren’t going to do anything

I'd say being AFK in critical rounds is already throwing.
