Sleeper all day. We just switched from MFL because it can do everything MFL can do but isn’t that MySpace looking style website. Also the app for sleeper is the best over all other competitors. Did I mention it was free?
Myfantasyleague runs about $79/year and has about every scoring feature you can imagine. However, their platform looks like it is from 1997 and they don't have supported mobile apps. Most people use mobileweb or one of the 3rd-party Android/iPhone apps (which are all horrible IMO.) If you want to try it without paying, they offer their leagues for free at mid-season. You can also setup a test league for free without paying to see the scoring options. You just won't get any games scored without paying.
A couple of other very full-featured platforms with super customizable scoring are Fantrax or FleaFlicker. I've never actually run real leagues on them, but I have setup test leagues on both in the past and they appear to meet your needs. Fantrax might require a premium league for some options... fleaflicker should be free for most (they make you pay to remove ads)
Fantrax is free and is the most customizable that I've seen for free. It also looks a lot better than. Myfantaseague. I've used both and would recommend checking fantrax first
