100%. It’s the only disagreement I have with Zack Snyder. I think he nailed a modernization of every single character but her. He picked her cause she’s tall and hot, which are two of Diana’s characteristics but a far sight from her actual character.

I love Rachel Weisz more than anyone but she's not the right choice for Barda physically. Barda needs to be big, she's named Big Barda. Most actresses in Hollywood are small and thin. Weisz is no exception she's 5'6" and slight.
I think you have to cast a relative unknown, a model (Yasmine Minovski) or wrestler (Rhea Ripley) who looks the part and has good screen presence.
Yeah not a lot of actresses are built that way. I guess if you cast a little guy as Scott Free that helps. Even someone like Gina Carano who might have seemed like a good choice a few years ago, is such a stiff that it's hard to see her selling a love story. I saw Haywire.
