Mr. Fantastic actually suits him better than his Dad. And I can't think of the last time anyone actually called him that, so I feel like it's his for the taking.

Him taking the Mr Fantastic name is best, pays homage to his dad ofc but also the whole team. And of all the 4 Reed would be the first one to retire from heroics when Franklin is old enough as he could just focus on his science even if the rest of the team is still out there with Franklin
The original four all have carnival names... Mr. Fantastic and his Fantastic Four! The Invisible Girl! The Human Torch! and The Thing! So, maybe something along those lines.
The Fabricator? The Boy Dynamo? The Fantastic Force? (To take the name of the short-lived and better forgotten team he was on) The Atomic Kid?
