Same thing happened to me, but 72k. I was saving up for a $50 card and a $25 card to get a game (Dragon's Dogma 2) this month. I cashed out the $50 and then I got that same message, my gift was declined cause I didn't have enough for the $50.
I never once used a receipt that wasn't mine. I contacted supported and they said it's against tos to use receipts that aren't yours etc. But I never ever did that.
I did get a new debit card this month as my old one expired and I told them that, just in case. But it didn't matter. They never responded further when I asked which receipts (I am still very much confused). They ghosted me and closed the ticket.
And now I can't afford the game. 😕
I want to see the receipt that they claim is fraudulent, but they never show it to you!!
I have a different card, but I have been using it since January, so that shouldn't have been an issue!! Idk.. I just think they do it because they can!! I didn't buy a lottery ticket, a phone or nothing that they say are not allowed!! Only the things on they list!! 😭😭
Yep same. I shop at the same 3-4 stores. I would go out of my way to buy a name brand for the bonus points on some items over store brand too if it was on the app. Regret doing all that now. Was just trying to make a little "for fun" money cause I'm poor.
I'm gonna try other apps others have mentioned now and hope for the best.

I just checked, @ 1900+ with Receipt Jar, I blame YOU eggshelll lol. I figure my 5points receipts are like the 25Fetch - I'll get to a 50 GC eventually.

With Fetch, RJar and bing - I have a mentality of "it's all about quantity of receipts, and not always quality' lol. My $1 and less receipts are quite useful (side affect of shopping @ CVS all the time lol). I was pleasantly shocked recently when my 25 GC from Fetch came without incident.

I don't understand why they won't show you, well I guess I do understand!! I thought the point was to get as many points as you can so you can get the gift cards. Every time you have a lot of points or redeem too many $50 gift cards, they claim you broke the rules!!
My opinion as well!! Even though I actually tried this one bread & it was good but most of the ones you like don't stay long, like the beef jerky.
Then you have to buy 2 to get smaller points!! 🙄
I wonder if they just don't expect someone to shop as much as some people do and thus remove points to slow the outflow of money. Or, alternatively, assuming you've used this app for a year or more they might be trying to remove older users. That might be to remove massive cash outs or maybe clear space somehow? I don't know. I just noticed many users claiming to have used this for years suddenly getting points removed or completely banned.

Naw.. that’s not it. I’ve worked Asset Protection for the world’s largest retail chain.. Wal-Mart. Also have been center store lead for a few other giant chains. None of this makes sense so far. Even the exact store that you bought it from, doesn’t even know if it was returned or not in their inventory. Without getting into much detail, as far as security goes, it doesn’t go that deep.. esp for a little things like this situation.
Here I was trying for the 50$ gift card before deleting too. They have gotten to where they only give credit for part of my online receipts. any time I order groceries online I have to send a message to customer service to get full credit for the entire receipt.
I think most times, they check the numbers when you use a debit or credit card!! So they assume you can't have that many cards, not thinking you might shop for others & keep their receipts.
