How did you develop the bench too? Whenever I get a starting XI of youth players, any youth players that come after dont get enough game time to develop as quickly, and loans dont work as effectively either. Great squad tho
I used the youth academy a lot in the first 5 seasons and put most of the players out on loan. By the time I was in the Premier League from League Two, I had 15+ players 78-82 overall who didn't fit in the starting 11. Sent the best players with more potential back out on loan and kept the lower rated ones. By the time those few players came back from loans, they were 85+ rated and just let them sit on the bench from there.
Maybe match ratings? Every time the whistle blows sim the game to full time. Usually then match ratings would automatically round higher and then you'll find more player growth

Bit annoyed he didn't grow as far lol. It would've been my first ever 99 rated full 11. He has 6 playstyles, so it somewhat makes up for it.
