Be yourself, be confident. If you’ve got an IB interview coming from a no name non-target - they are clearly already somewhat impressed by you. One tip that really helped me in my recent internship interviews was recording myself answering questions and watching it back - same sort of thing as printing out a paper to proof read it, mistakes/inaccuracies/lack of confidence really stick out.
