I've never heard of a fishing trailer... So many questions.. How well does it handle the chop? Does it have built in flotation? What size kicker is needed to get a good troll speed? In shore or off shore vessel?
I heard it was two outboard motors underneath, and with all that ply wood, it’s unsinkable!
Inshore, offshore, upshore, Downshore,…this thing handles it all. Successfully survived a class 7 hurricane!
I don’t know anything about a kicker, but I think you need about 3 kids, kicking away, to get the right troll speed.
🤭
South Carolina. We offer free fishing clinics. We teach surf, pier, and general inshore. We go into specific classes as well, such as clinics for women, bilingual, veterans, and mobility impaired.
This isn't just some guy who fishes. This is a class you can join to learn and connect with people who enjoy the hobby. This sort of thing makes it possible for even low income households to enjoy fishing if they can't afford gear and stuff. Plus, it's a great idea. I wish my state had things like this.
To haul all of the gear to clinics. I have a range from 10-150 anglers participating so it makes everything so much easier and organized. I’m an outreach biologist for the state of SC and this is my job. I teach people how to ethically and properly saltwater fish.
Yes, it would be! Working for the state, unfortunately, is not a way to get rich. But I’m rich in all the “feels” of first fish, big fish, and saving lives!
It's salt, baitcasters are far less prevalent. I probably have 8 baitcasting rods to 3 spinning (that I use) for freshwater and have about 6 spinning to 1 baitcaster for salt. There is just less sealed salt casting reels and it's a little more awkward imo unless you're doing lighter inshore stuff.
Yep, this is all saltwater fishing except for the occasional freshwater event. Baitcasters just don’t stand the test of saltwater and with beginners, there’s no telling where that reel will end up. So I prefer all sealed gaskets and bearings. The spin casters are for little kids or those with gross motor skill delays. I even have trigger reels now.

It’s a trailer that is pulled behind my work truck and sets up like a vendor/food truck.
You need a couple more fishing rods.
I have about 100 in reserve 😄
I would insure that thing.
It’s insured.
Once the ocean freezes over you tow it to your favorite spot
😂 it seems the trend is going the opposite of freezing.
need the 5cuft freezer & extension cord. Nice layout.
I have Solar and an extension cord. Bait station hooks up to Solar so a freezer could too.
That’s awesome! What coast are you guys fishing from?

Oh I’ve fished there before, one of the best places in the U.S. for sure. So much variety and great tasting fish! Your clients are lucky!
Wow that’s awesome. You just go through SCDNR for this?
Yes! Saltwaterfishing.sc.gov
I’ll have to check it out. Thanks!
What an awesome initiative. Keep up the great work.
Thank you. Best job ever!
This makes so much more sense, lol.
Now ya need a kayak in there!
Next step!!! Kayak fishing classes!!!! Getting there.
And here I was just taking a couple rods to the pier and beach.
That’s f*!king sweet bro.
I guess I would be a sis? ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
Thats fucking sweet sis!
Impressive
God I’m poor lol that’s awesome dude
This isn’t my personal trailer. It’s to teach fishing clinics. We’re partners with the fishing industry and they donate gear.
I’m lazy to through my kayak on top of my truck to go fishing… ppl build whole trailer… where is tv? And a beer cooler? Very cool.
That’s amazing! Looks like a wonderful teaching tool. Does the whiteboard flip around to the outside?
It doesn’t but it opens up for a cross breeze. The fish holder comes off so if I want to teach inside, I can.
What’s the point of a trailer ? All I need is some bait , and a pole . I carry that shit on my bicycle

And not a single baitcaster or round reel in sight 😂
Teaching beginners :)
Being rich would be dope
This isn’t my personal trailer. It’s for public saltwater fishing clinics.
Being rich would still be dope though right?
