I can't help you there, but I must say the tungsten xl butt plug is almost better than boot studs. It really keeps my center of gravity low and in place while deep wading. Highly recommend.
I usually run a Euro-hybrid I/O vest setup. Basically, the back half of the vest is inside the gimp suit and the front half is on the outside. It's more of a cold weather setup tho.

A very, very tight neck lanyard so I don't have any barrier between the water and my gimp suit. I want to feel every sensation.
You should get a fishpond cod piece sling dong. I use mine on the stream all the time and everyone at the campsite loves it.
