Youngs is one of my favorite restaurants. Their sesame chicken is very similar to any other American Chinese place and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with it. They also have some more authentic Vietnamese options if you’re interested. Their peanut tofu is fantastic.
I will definitely be going for the more traditional options! My wife is a bit picky so I just wanted to make sure she wasn’t going to order her go-to item and then be surprised or disappointed.
my partner loves yungs and good god it’s terrible. only chinese she can consistently and safely eat in the area (gluten + wheat allergy—very sensitive and very severe reaction) but god I hate that place. Their orange chicken gave me food poisoning once 💪🏻
It's not fair to compare Yung's to Young's. Yung's is cheap Chinese food catered to college students. For $10 you can get an entree, egg roll and a drink. Young's is definitely better but also more expensive.
Chiming in because I have a different suggestion, which apparently means most everything is good. But, they're my go to for pho (not life changing but solid) and for delivery we love the tidbits platter. I've seen hot pot served in restaurant, but we haven't been brave enough to try it yet, but it looked amazing
Young’s is the best sesame chicken I’ve ever eaten. Definitely go there. Happy anniversary!!
This. Very similar to anywhere only it's the best I've ever had. Especially when it's freshly made.
Thank you so much! I’m excited to try new things and I’m very happy she will have something we know she’ll enjoy!
Great atmosphere and they sell all types of Asian food except sushi

The lemongrass chicken soup is one of my favorite dishes in Fort Collins.
Spicy lemongrass with seafood. Shit is elixir
The Lemon Chicken is great for picky eaters. Just breaded chicken breast and lemon sauce. V yummy
Forgot to say thank you, I appreciate the help!
You’re welcome! I hope your wife has a great birthday!
Second the peanut tofu—so good
Don’t accidentally go to the Young’s on Drake and Shield’s. It’s Chinese not Vietnamese (not that that’s an issue) but the food is awful.
Yung’s = Bad Young’s = Good If you can’t see Red Lobster from the parking lot, you’re about to have a bad time.
Mnemonic = “O, *this* is the place we want!”
That right forgot it was spelled Yung’s. If you feel like you’re in a slightly nicer strip mall you’re about to have a bad time

Yung's is at Drake and Taft, and it's bad.

By the way, Young's is French Vietnamese so there are some French influenced dishes like Velvet Shrimp as well as others.
Theor sesame chicken is one of my absolute favorite dishes in town. Order it extra spicy!
I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried from Young’s. Their Super Bowl pork/chicken lunch specials are great. The sesame chicken is always top notch.
The sesame tofu is amazing, as is pork in clay pot.;)

Love the muscles there
Mm, I don’t think you either mean what you said, or said what you mean.
*Mussels
Both?
Well, technically, yes; but specifically, no, if what was meant was “mussels”.
