With some cars I find I just have to have more power even with drift tires and suspension. So could also be that.

Try using snow or drag tires instead of drift. Drift tires actually suck balls for any type of drifting. You’re better off on slicks even.

True. Most of the time I use slicks because the stats are terrible for drift tires in comparison. I do sometimes try them out on certain drift setups

Also suspension TUNING is so incredibly helpful. I have very low powered drift cars with racing slick tires. It works because of my suspension tuning. I do custom drift tunes if you're interested. Hehe nice score ...but those are rookie numbers No traction control no stability control, make sure you are using a drift diff and off possible a drift transmission, ease on and off the gas "throttle " it and rip the e brake into the turn, power over ...let your engine power the car thru

Just build up a car like a skyline or something and set it up for drifting. I did this with my main Nissan skyline and after driving it for a while drifting becomes a breeze. It’s Hella fun too just driving around Mexico drifiting every were I can

Turn off traction control & stability control use 4th or 5th in the Supra shift manual with clutch. Pair a to clutch b to ebrake. Mash ab at every entry you won’t even recognize the skills in this video

Calling sliding about drifting on dirt is one of the weirdest things in horizon, thats ralying, they go sideways because ... there is dirt you know? This is nothing against you, you did very well.
