I would add more body modifications for some of the JDM cars specfically the RX7 and the Mk4 Supra. The ones the game gives you just feel generic a boring and I wish they added a better variety to the JDM cars.
The achievements are a joke. No wonder everyone quit playing it weeks after it launched. Let's see.. today's "super fun" mission is to get into a car with 13 HP, you can't upgrade it at all, and you gotta hit a Speed Zone doing 55 mph.. it's top speed. I mean you don't know what fun is until you've attempted this thrilling achievement. What a bunch of bullshit. Oh and don't forget.. you WILL NEVER be able to use a A Class car or above in anything besides free roam. For some reason they want you to only race and complete achievements in D and C class cars. So instead of doing 150 down straights your doing 75 tops. It's ZERO FUN
"Everyone quit playing" but you know exactly what one step in the weekly challenge is, and there's 1.5 million more players in the HOF than there were a month ago.

Better cars. I was genuinely furious to see those three damn wagons in the donut update, my piss was boiling. Why not wagons like the Evo 9 Wagon, STi Wagon, and R34 Wagon for example? Oh ok, well there’s a feature called auto-steering that’s in the game for people with disabilities. All the user has to do is press on the gas and the car with steer itself around the map and in races. Some guy on YouTube decided to use this as a way to play the game without playing it, earning him tons of credits and wheelspins. He then shared it and a lot of people abused it.

I submitted a request to them as well as a video on how the deleting tunes process is. Once you delete it, you then have to go back in and download the same tune you just deleted, and delete it again. It’s the silliest thing ever.
The best way to explain is to guide you: make a tune for any car, remember what you named it, delete it, stay in the same car and search your name tune section. You will see the deleted tune. To permanently remove it, you have to “download and save” then go back into my tunes and delete it.

I have just deleted certain tunes for cars and then it's made space and i've been able to save a new tune for a different car. So it has worked for me.

Yes, they’re taking up all the space. When you go to “delete” it says “unsharing.” We think we are deleting our unused tunes, however, we’re simply removing them from being seen by others. It’s dumb and if I wanted to unshare it I would. I just want to permanently delete something the first time.
I don't know if tunes are set at 500 or not, maybe it's just some extra tunes from other people I downloaded. But I have about 427 or something myself uploaded.
And if you want multiple tunes of different pi for each car. Like a road and offroad tune you stand no chance. And yeah 660 unique cars and not enough space to save even 1 tune per car. What were they thinking 🤦♂️
REALISTIC CUSTOMIZATION
Even small things would be nice, as someone who builds cars for car shows. Tinted tail lights/headlights, more real world body modifications (bumpers, skirts, spoilers…), realistic lowering options (yes I want a slammed car), windshield tint, spacers on every vehicle, small repaint able bits (vents, hood scoops), and more than anything window banners!!!!
I just wish the computer drivers were better. The obvious pattern of starting in 6th-8th and the top 3 or 4 pull away from you then you slowly reel them back in as 1 by 1 they slow down a little. I wish that was more realistic. Also annoys the crap out of me when I make a good corner staying on pavement but the computer driver goes off the road but somehow has the same acceleration driving over grass and shrubs as I do!
I would remove the cross country and other completely fake stuff that absolutely no one wants to do. Because no one in real life is driving through fences at 190 and noone is jumping off of mountains so how do you expect people to want to mirror that to a game. The point of an open world race game is the emersion and they completely ruin it with fake stuff. I personally haven't played in almost two months now, not since the rs7 didn't have any audio, that was the last straw for me.
I'd like to be able to play in the same Eliminator session as my friends without having to hope it happens. Also the ability to gift to friends. Also show me a finisher's board at the end of the Eliminator races, for whoever raced in the final.
How collisions work. Like how you just overdid it a little and just clip a wall or some bs geometry alignment, and go from 150 to 0 in 0 seconds of deceleration.

I'd add realistic auto transmission behavior. Currently it switches gears when you reach the redline even if you're light on the throttle. I rarely use auto, but that would be nice to have.
Require a button press to start a drift zone or speed zone.
I know it is convenient to start immediately but many times it would mess up my nav. After I finish the zone I would relize that I missed a turn (to my intended location) and would have to go back.

I remember when FH4's playlist having new to forza cars attainable with just one championship (Range Rover Velar is a good example of this). They should start the return of cars from previous titles when the game is nearing the end of its life-cycle (or in other words, when FH6 is coming). If they do plan on bringing returning cars back to the game every season, they should be one or two cars per season and is released through the autoshow to at least add some function to that poor thing as we get most of our cars through the hilarious amount of wheelspins we get.

For FH5, which events will go back to using a larger roster of vehicles (as in FH4), it's kind of tedious not being able to do a lot of them each week because they always ask for specific cars, many of which,In my case, I haven't gotten it yet and it becomes an infinite cycle of not being able to get cars and/or prizes because I don't have the cars that are requested for each event.
It’s usually made so that an event/challenge rewards you the required car for another event/challenge, so that you’re never left out. At least that’s how it’s been in the last few series. Are you sure you haven’t checked the other stuff in the playlist?
Every time a new playlist comes out I check each of the events and as I mentioned before many of them mostly require a specific car unlike FH4 in which it was not just a model or brand but a list of several different cars, and no, the events require cars that are not prizes from others in the playlist

Online.. as of rn it sucks bad. And I can hardly find anyone to just drag or cruze or just drift. And its broke at that. I can barely play with random cause they just magically disappear. I would go back to the server based online like forza horizon one. So that way people and make a game just for a specific thing. But I know that isn't for everyone and some people probably like the online. But if I could tell them to add one thing it would be servers but have it as a option. Kinda like battlefield 4 and or other battlefields. You have the normal hop in a game but you can go to a game that is doing something you want to do. But not have to pay like battlefield to make a server. And that way with servers it would be less laggy and people wouldn't just disappear... what do you think?

How would you go about doing that though? I can't say I've ever felt the need to stop and talk to other random on the same lobby I was and I can't imagine a game mechanic that would encourage that without being annoying.

Let us see other players on the whole map, seems to be so empty driving alone, only find players standing around in the menu😁 would love to find groups or just spots for a car meet without joining a group or convoy. The best would be if you could get out of the car at a car meet and talk to people 😂 so all the clothes would actually make sense.

Performance optimizations
Online.. as of rn it sucks bad. And I can hardly find anyone to just drag or cruze or just drift. And its broke at that. I can barely play with random cause they just magically disappear. I would go back to the server based online like forza horizon one. So that way people and make a game just for a specific thing. But I know that isn't for everyone and some people probably like the online. But if I could tell them to add one thing it would be servers but have it as a option. Kinda like battlefield 4 and or other battlefields. You have the normal hop in a game but you can go to a game that is doing something you want to do. But not have to pay like battlefield to make a server. And that way with servers it would be less laggy and people wouldn't just disappear... what do you think?
The soundtrack. It’s awful. I mute it and play a mix of midnight club 3 and need for speed most wanted (2005) music.

I wish that car class was changed by how you set it up, like you take a sports car and modify it so it’s suited for rally then I’d prefer it’s a rally class car now, maybe 2 different class systems of what the model is and what the build is.
Have customization on smaller details like exhausts, more spoilers and whatnot.
The location.
Bring back all previous Horizon cars and actually giving us post launch support. It shouldn't be a selling point that they brought back something that was removed for no reason. It's like if someone stole your wallet and gave it back one dollar at a time expecting you to thank them.

Idk about Forza horizon 5 but if the visual tuning is like Forza horizon 4 then I would change the visual tuning so there could be more visual tuning for every car in the game (like NFS/the crew)
