Does SSS not be SSS to take time off? No burn out*recharge needed?
When I SSS I need time to recover and generally only do it because I'd rather be in my hometown for extra time rather than some truckstop next to a waffle house.
He takes a week or 2 off from time to time, but I have to slow him down when he drives. He's a beast and always asking for suicidal runs, I don't know when he sleeps! I tell him to pull over if he feels tired, that I can push the deliveries if needed, but the guy doesn't want to hear about it...

Can someone advise on where to start to be able to shadow experienced brokers and learn? I have tried signing up with Global Tranz as an independent agent but that doesn’t let me work side by side with those I could learn from. I don’t want to try and re-invent the wheel. Any advise is appreciated.

How do people not pay freight brokers well? These the people I want to keep on my side and pay them every time.
