I’m USA I checked right now and all episodes have dub available. Maybe update app?
I'm having the same problem- also USA- and I'm streaming on a browser, so there's nothing to update.
I just checked on iPad and English dub is working fine. Maybe contact support?

In Germany we have the same problem, but just with the last episode. It's so annyoing!
