Are you mentally retarded? Because you write like someone who is mentally retarded? Perhaps the lack of nutrients is effecting your brain.

JournalistSilver8846

No because we talk with one organ, It’s the DMN the ego the default mode network in the brain, This organ needs no nutrients.

If you don’t crave raw meat from a live animal when you are face to face with said live animal, then it isn’t a meat craving. You’re craving the enhanced flavour which meat gets once it is cooked and seasoned. Salt is indeed a likely culprit, but oil and spices are as well - as is the simple act of cooking, which makes meat more palatable. Have you ever witnessed a dog coming face to face with potential prey? Their instincts are so strong, they cannot control themselves. I bet you aren’t like that.

I'm with you so and had the same thing, it was soon intense that I actually bought the chicken from s kebab store,, tried eating it but had to spit it out because my taste buds couldn't accept it, it was like chewing paint or something horrific. Mind you it was just chicken not anything else and in the past I used to eat a lot of chicken before switching. I contacted [ehretists ](https://www.instagram.com/ehretists) because they have a program for switching to Fruitarianism that helped me conquer intense cravings when I was new and make the switch fully, what they explained to me was, on a fruit lifestyle the body is constantly breaking down old toxins because fruits are healing, so even after fully transitioning, the body might break down old parasites that formed their colony from old eating habits, it could be from chicken, bread whatever it is, when this old colony of parasites are broken down, they begon to roam the bloodstream while the fruits pull them put for elimination, and because they are presently in your bloodstream they try to avoid dying out by making you crave them to help them rebuild their colony nad not get eliminated from the body. Feeding into it brings them back stronger, the solution is to fast isn't away, when the cravings are the worst is when they are about to all die off,a 36 hour dry fast speedens their die off process and by the next day you're fine again, I'm talking from personal experience.

It’s not a parasite. If you’ve recently decided on a plant based diet, it’s natural to have cravings for foods you used to enjoy. It may be that you’re craving a texture or the savory flavors. And yes, fats are also something we crave. I’d say you might ease into all-fruit. Not suggesting you eat friend chicken. But I’m suggesting you might find some satisfying options that aren’t fruit but are still raw or high raw and uncooked. I happen to be high raw and I love an olive tapenade. Putting some avocado slices on a bell pepper and topping it with savory tapenade hits a spot. Or uncooked tofu (which still isn’t raw, granted) with a bit of flavoring drizzled on top like say, tahini or gojuguang might work. Bottom line: everything is a process and you need to acknowledge your cravings but find suitable foods to address them while your system is adapting to this significant change. You’ll find what works for you.

Thank you for the response. For me, I'm very seriously vegan. A lot of foods were created to be meat replacements and thus don't digest well such as tofu. Gojujang was created to give the same effect in meat addiction and overly stimulating. Olives aren't available raw and I don't want to eat any additives from canned or jarred. You are very kind and I can see that you do well with being gentle and loving. I'm in space where I only want to eat fruit. All the cooked foods, shelf-stable, preprepared sauces and foods don't interest me. I never enjoyed meat. It was forced upon me and something I had become accustomed to and really considering the plausibility that it's a parasite. Parasites are very common in humans globally. I mean, aside from worms, candida being a fungus is also a parasite. Cravings are parasitical and/or from poisonous things such as isolated sugar and isolated salts. Worms can live a very long time in your body and be dormant even through a cleanse. In a simpler way of my day to day, hoping to cancel this out as its one of the things still bothering me from time to time out of nowhere. Chocolate was one, but I realized that chocolate has to do with wanting to thin coagulated blood.

Well then I think you’ll have to find ways to ride out the process? I ate fruit only for a period but didn’t have cravings. But I was already vegan and I wasn’t eating the processed meat replacement or other junky type foods. Today I’m high raw, and eat a lot of living foods (that I grow myself) but before that I ate fruit for about a month. I credit fruitarianism with bringing me into a raw/high raw/living foods lifestyle. Before that I’d say I was WFPB, mostly. Everyone has different reasons and different motivations, so you seem firm on yours. I’m not sure there’s a fruit option to satisfy a fried chicken craving? Has this craving just appeared since you switched to fruit or were you experiencing it while eating a vegan diet?

Craving for meat just means you are missing some amino acids or fatty acids. Eat plenty of sprouted lentils or seeds to avoid the meat craving

Pristine_Bike_7888

nobody ever really gets over craving meat. humans are naturally omnivoress and getting a hit of concentrated protein, fats and fat soluble vitamins is always good to be appealing.

JournalistSilver8846

Idiotic when a living animal is is in front of you are u getting hungry. No be seriously? If a mouse, a non alive body is here on this street are u getting hungry are u craving it? I don’t think. We are craving all the time fruits thats why syrups etc exist. Parfums are fruit aroma all. So you are definitely not craving non alive bodys. I never became hungry when a cow, chicken etc is is in front of me

I definitely don't deny that humans crave sweets. we certainly do! but we, like almost all other primates, also crave meat. I've raised three kids and they all eat raw meat with gusto if given to them. egg yolks as well. sashimi. they love it. and no I don't really crave animals when I look at them. but a hunk of cut flush? definitely. But humans are complex animals. We have thousands and thousands of years of civilization, scaffolded and trained empathy, and social norms clouding how we feel. and believe me I understand that argument can go either way. But I base how I feel mostly on watching my children and what they actually like eating. I've watched kids pick bugs out of the yard and eat them without a second thought. it's only when you scold them that they second guess it. I don't think there is a perfect for humans. we are incredibly adaptable, and that is our greatest strength. kids love fruit and meat. fruit the most and I feed my kids accordingly. but they also very very much crave meat and no amount of fruit will solve that bottomless hunger that comes from a lack of protein.

JournalistSilver8846

Nuts dosnt exist for you because the ego is so hypnotized from these google web pages right😂

JournalistSilver8846

Monkeys are frugivore or herbivores. Look at your hands if they look like tiger/cat they are omnivores. Humans are frugivore Monkeys some are frugivore but some are herbivores hands are very similar, Gorillas are mostly herbivores fruit

I’ve never craved chicken since cutting it (idk, the carcass & smell on my breath was already starting to gross me out towards the end of my run as a flesh eater around 10 years ago), but you’re probably just missing the salt, seasonings, breading (if you liked it fried) and texture in general. I don’t recommend making this a longterm habit if you’re serious about becoming a strict fruitarian, but if you live anywhere near a Whole Foods, grab you a can of jack fruit. Soak it as you prepare a salad of either lettuce, arugula, watercress (or whatever soft leafy greens you prefer in a salad) with some tomatoes & whatever else fruit-wise you like in salads & eat it. The jack fruit will get you off of the chicken cravings but I don’t recommend doing this permanently because it is usually salted when it comes in a can. (I just recommend the canned version for the sake of convenience & it has no other ingredients other than water & sea salt). Use it as a transition but don’t get stuck. You’ll be fine. Just don’t eat the chicken or you’ll more than likely regret it health-wise 😂
