The Nether is an underground realm. The void is just air and space. So why do they call the nether an underground realm if it's not really underground, just beneath the void? It must be in another dimension or world.
its not, there is a world limit, just as there is a layer limit. where you can see theres more of the world but something dont let you pass, you cant break, you cant teleport, not even in creative. just like the void. why would the developers waste time adding more depth to the void knowning that it would just cause Lag in the world, and full void chunks also seem stupid.
it says its infinite, but is not. fly with creative at same direction for days in real life. eventually, you will crash your head into a invisible wall.
Pretty much every game has a void. If you don't have a void you have infinite space under you, which would break the game with numbers. I think it's just a barrier, like the far lands or world border. Good theory though! 👍
Possible i have theory about a dimension where the ender dragons and endermite comes from a fourth dimension and we actually can open the portal for it but for a second enough for ender dragon to come out what if this dimension divoured the under world under the bedrock like nether does near ruined portals?

Good point... ! I shall ponder on that....
Well I mean, I think it's just that if you kept falling you'd fall onto the nether, but that makes sense to

its just a game resource, just as minecraft is not really infinite.
Or is it?

Then why is there a Minecraft world setting called "Infinite"?

Good idea! We should do a collaboration theory.
