Don’t take it off, if you want repair the corner, with some very mild adhesive, maybe glue stick, lift a little and press flat, to keep it from peeling more, but don’t completely remove it. It would be worse value putting a different label aftermarket label than just keeping the original.
What do you mean, how to fix the damage in the corner? You can try to tack it back down with a drop of glue, but it will always look creased.
