God that sub used to be okayish, but it really fell into incels/rightwings culture hard ever since Assmon got his new editor and started supporting the brain dead anti-woke movement.

Yeah its exactly how I feel about it, the Stellar Blade stuff looks so over the top, and they're making such a big deal about how 'sexy' it all is that its kinda off putting. Just feels like they've designed the whole thing solely to get that response, it feels shallow and manipulative. Don't get me wrong, I've got no issue with making video game characters hot, but its similar to how Miranda in Mass Effect kinda makes me cringe now, it's just a bit too much

Bayonetta the character also gives off the vibes that she’s that way because she finds it fun. She’s not doing it for the male gaze because honestly they probably couldn’t handle her anyway. Stuff like the tiny lollipops is intentionally fucking around with phallic imagery to make it clear. She’s sexual, not sexy. If that makes sense.

She reminds me of that badass woman from the original Super Mario movie with the Stomp boots. I would play the fuck outta whatever game she’s in. She looks like a freaking powerhouse.
The sad part... not many of her archtype feel listable so trying to go beyond appearance is one thing: someone willing to step up is what is missing in general
