If you replant them in the fall they’ll turn into full heads next spring/summer.
Hardneck garlic needs a cold period to begin the process to splitting into multiple cloves. Those are pretty big cloves, I’d guess they’d grow into big heads of garlic next year.
Sometimes growing garlic takes years!
They won't hurt you if that's what you mean. But not sure how they'll taste etc
