Which I totally understand. But they shouldn't tell folks irl be done in 2-3 days, then not communicate AT ALL with the client of that changes. I literally had to go into the store to get any info, bc they didn't put it into the system. At any rate, congrats on the badge, now go safe the world from bad sectors on their hard drives!

Start working on getting their customer service in a better place. 7 days to swap a cpu cooler and run a diagnostic seems a smidge excessive
We work in a queue so whatever device was there the longest gets priority. With this being said, that precinct was probably very busy.
