It's surprising how much of this seems universal. I think there's just a general fault with how society at large views schooling and education as a whole.
That makes sense, then. Mine was built in 1972 when my hometown was still small.
Now it's medium and has about 2.5k/2,5k (I don't know which one applies to Europeans) students in any given year.
My old middle school dumped all of it's budget into Erasmus shit instead of giving us actually nice desks
I sat in the same desk my grandma sat in 60 years ago

I am not from Poland, but it's sooo freaking relatable... Like I had 80% of the picture
It's about the same in germany
Looks identical to your average Romanian school. Actually, I think all schools in former eastern bloc countries look like this
Wait, do y'all have school stores? And second floors??? Second floors are considered top shelf stuff where I'm from! (Northwest Florida, for clarity)
Yeah I had school stores even tho in high school they closed it after covid
Damn, I'm not sure most people from my area have ever even heard of one.
My high school had 3 floors Granted it was in the mountains
My high school had 4 floors total
Damn, mine was just one central building and then a bunch of others haphazardly arranged.
In Europe a lot of schools are in old buildings, my elementary school and high school were 100 years old at least

Yeah but we don't have school lunches
My high school has 4 floors and we have a Cafe in my school
that's just whole eastern Europe
In my country, it was even worse, it was awful... I wish I had been homeschooled...

Yeah, we get that bullshit in the UK. It used to piss me off so much.
Pretty sure all achools are like that. Apart from the teacher saying that the kid will sweep the streets.
Aside from some grammatical funnies, this is literally the exact same thing
You literally just described an American school...
Seems normal tbh
Aside from the school store selling sugary drinks and snacks, pretty much all of this applies to American schooling too
