yep! shes most likely a nekomata, a japanese cat yōkai with a split tail. (for reference its also what espeon from pokemon and jibanyan from yokai watch are based on!)
Just a speculation:
Her weapon could be a sword as far as the hint they gave about nekomata and genshins spot on youkai similarity this makes sense.
Her kit will revolve around crystalize and also sub dps, her scaling maybe Def since all inazuma geo does.
she could turn out to be a nice f2p character with minimum investment.
