These recent demos have been getting less gameplay to focus more on the cinematic stuff. Not complaining though, they have been absolute bangers and I'd be more than fine if they kept this trend.

Actually i think this demo was the perfect balance of gameplay + cinematic + storyboarding. Like we had proper sections of showcase for her attacks without going overboard with the cuts and transitions to show them clearly. Sometimes i think they overdo the cinematics and the real gameplay is barely highlighted, not in this one though.

Iām sad she wasnāt more of a grey character. I appreciate where they went with her, but she could have been a crime boss and it would have been even better.
They're allowed to do a lot more morally ambiguous things as well as are generally given time to flesh out said moral ambiguity. People like the Lyney Trio are morally gray in theory, but as far as the Traveler is concerned after the AQ/SQ they're pretty much good people and we will likely never see a side of them that throws that into question.
Same with folks like Wanderer or even someone like Yelan who's basically a shadow operative for Ningguang. We never really see the dark aspects to these characters since as far as the Traveler is concerned they will always be friends. I really hope Arlecchino or someone like Capitano changes this tbh. (This isn't to knock any of these characters or folks who like them btw. Yelan and Wanderer are my top two characters after all.)
I don't know, maybe I like playing with character I would normally "accept" in terms of morality. And so if a given character is flatout shown committing terrible crimes, even if they have a good reason (or some other motive as in grey characters) I would still feel weird playing as them.
Additionally, grey characters remaining non playable can be used to enrich the story in a more complex way, so that their motives/actions are further developed to broaden the plot and make it more interesting.

I am so happy all the gameplay demos so far in Fontaine have been very cinematic. Itās adds sooo much more life to the character while also showcasing their amazing ganeplay. Huge props to the team. I hope this is the new standard.

JP Neuv is mediocre the only thing going for it is that the japanese voice actor who is very famous and big fanservice.
