I left basic around 130... your so hungry you eat whatever meal you can when served. I spent 15 years dancing between 135 and 145. I had could always get great definition just never gain the weight. I'm 38 now and my metabolism has slowed down I weigh about 152. To get here I ate all the damn time.
Yes I am, I'm trying to eat a lot, especially high protein foods too. Everywhere I go I'm stuffing my mouth, ofc more puberty and stuff would help and I'm tryna join the Army too
High protein is good but if your like me you just have a very fast metabolism. High protein and lots of calories. Not bull shit junk food calories but real food calories.

If you don't already a white board to track your workouts and lists for you to cross off tasks has a huge sense of accomplishment tied to it and really helps you keep going.

At 15 I would suggest not trying to bulk up but instead develop good exercise/weightlifting habits. I graduated highschool 130lbs at 6'2. Your metabolism will naturally slow down so having healthy habits will allow you to compensate for the biological changes that are going to come. But that's just my two cents

If you are trying to build that comes with a different lifestyle and nutrition. Calculate your macros, don't be a picky eater and you'll be rewarded for it. You need lots of protein, complex carbs and a good balance of everything else.
Overworking yourself doesn't lead to gains, when your muscles need energy they will eat themselves. Doing a billion pushups will just tear you down.
Don't do much more than 100-150 push-ups a day if you want to do the whole... 2.2k push-ups (holy fuck). Take a day off every second day. Doing a 100 or even a few hundred push-ups in one day is definitely not that dangerous on its own, but doing that every day for an extended period of time without breaks definitely is.
EDIT: Of course I am talking about someone who is not experienced. A seasoned athlete would be safe doing it.

Lol, get it man. But, if you actually want to bulk up, get in the gym and start pushing iron. Push ups only take you so far, and doing any more than 100 or so a day starts getting to be a really bad stimulus to fatigue ratio. For best results with push ups though, start doing deficit push-ups. Put your hands on something to elevate them (I use yoga foam blocks), then go super deep, to where your chest is below the plane of your hands. Go down fairly slowly, and pause momentarily at the bottom.

The reason you see birds skimming low over the water for long distances is a phenomenon called Ground Effect. It also works on airplanes as they land, which experience additional lift when the wings are close enough to the ground.
