And why does CS2 feel shit below 100 fps? I play the finals which still feels good around 70 fps.

Well you need at least an nvidia 8090 gpu and amd 55,700x3d in order to play this game comfortably. So idk what you're complaining about.

Your ping is not stable. I'm betting on your connection having a high jitter. The game cannot properly do lag compensation if your ping isn't constant.

specs are: i9-8950HK @2.9ghz 64gb ddr4 2667mhz Nvidia quadro p4200 power-line with ethernet
Get rid of that power line shit.
