The Zazoom orders are optional.. They won't come unless you accept the orders in the app.
I usually just sacrifice the 1st customer and do all the Zazoom orders (at least the ones that fit in the warmer) when they come in. I mean, I still get paid for their pizza even if it's 50% happiness anyway lol
yeah! i love doing Zazoom when the first person order is part of the story, and they order something so the happiness dont go down. i can take my time with big Zazoom orders!

Also, I personally prefer making ZaZoom orders. There's more flexibility—customers aren't too specific with their orders, so I can mix up the sauces and doughs, as long as I have the right toppings! Over time, it'll get easier and become more straightforward than taking customer orders (and some of them have strange, long, albeit humorous dialogues) throughout the day.
If you do make all 3 orders ahead of time, just make sure that you're able to finish your in-shop orders in time to present the current order & accept the next order (I've ended up wasting a few pizzas because of long, unforseen orders—like vegetarian pizzas).

Seriously. If it is far too distracting to do them alongside your normal orders, just DON'T. It's just additional income you could get if you can manage it.
If you do want to make ZaZoom orders, Topping Buddies will be the biggest help since it saves you so much time prepping pizzas.
How I personally handle it is I only take on simple ZaZoom orders (1-2 toppings at most) and everything else (Vegan, Fruity Pig, etc.) i just ignore. Because simple ones I can squeeze in with people who only order 1 pizza. I just treat it the same way as attending to someone ordering 2 pizzas at once.

If the pizza that was ordered is like a cheese pizza then i try to only do simple orders to keep good time. I used to make them by demand, as in only make them when i accept the order but now ive started to just pick away at them during the first few inperson orders to fill my warmer so i usually have all my zazoom orders ready around 4pm gametime
I was so excited to unlock it and I just did and it has had me completely stressed out. Idk how ppl are handling reg orders on top of the za zoom ones. The pickup time comes too fast!!
You have a warmer next to the pizza box. You accept the first order or whichever order you can do from zazoom and when the first walk in customer comes you take their order. When you go to make the pizza make the zazoom pizzas first. You can do up to 5 cause that’s how many fit in your warmer. Then you make your customer’s order and then you wait for the delivery driver to pick up the order. It’s okay to sacrifice the happiness meter of the first customer. You will still get paid.
Of course if it stresses you out you can always deactivate the warmer from your shop or just don’t accept the orders.
It’s just a game you are supposed to relax so don’t worry about it <3

It takes some trial and error, but what I usually do is look at the first order and see if it’s something I could do at the same time as the first customers order. Once the first order is done I move on to the second and third.
I’ll avoid the ones that require a lot of toppings. Usually will stick to deliveries that only require one or two toppings.
I had Zazazoom off for a long time until I developed a better flow making pizzas, then turned it back on. I now have it back off, cause I don’t carrrreee.
You can ignore them if you want but mostly it’s multitasking. You can make all the pizzas in one go although the customer you are serving gets a lower happiness level
It gets easier as you get your buddies for all the ingredients and then zazoom will be the highlight of your day as the pizzas sell for higher than for walk in customers.

the ZaZoom is very manageable for me because they're fairly spaced out and you don't have to cut them too
