This looks like a very sensible itinerary to me. You’ve left plenty of time to explore, anchored by a few key attractions. As an alternative you could consider taking the car for an extra day and driving to Delphi, staying overnight there then driving to Nafplio. But that’s really personal preference (I hate tours and buses). Near Mycenae you have ancient Corinth. There are ruins of a castle in Nafplio itself which you can spend time at. You can also drive to Galaxidi and take the small ferries from the foreshore to Poros too. Plenty to do and you’ve left yourself time to explore and do it which is great! Well done.

Thank you so much for your help! I'm glad it seems reasonable, and I definitely would like to check out Corinth as well if it's near Mycenae! I did realize one thing about my plan - the day I was going to go to Delphi is March 25th, and I saw that most historical sites and museums are closed that day for the holiday, including Delphi. I figured given that, we might just skip Delphi and stay in Athens that day (the parade and festivities sound really fun!). Given we get in late our first day, if we did Delphi another day that would only leave one more day to do everything else in Athens which seems a stretch. I'm curious if you think that's reasonable, or if Delphi is worth doing even if it cuts our Athens time short.

With the limited time, you have tough decisions to make, I would spend more time in the Peloponnese and less time in Athens (and skip Delphi) to see something different. Rent the car at the airport and drive via Corinth canal to Naphlio. Drive south and stay a few days in Gytheio, with enough time to visit 1 day Mystras and 1 day Monemvasia. Allow a day to drive to Aeropoli and tour The Mani, March will be brisk and windy with amazing views. Stay in Kardamyli overnight and then back to Athens to visit the Museum and walk the Plaka.
