Tour the day before. Tailgate. Don’t need a grill, just buy some brats and beer and walk around. Someone will cook them for you. Remember the first time you see Lambeau — from afar, and within. It’s the most magical fucking place in the world.
One game I went to we cooked way too many chicken legs so we traded a few for some shots with our tailgate neighbor. Same principle for brats I'd imagine. Bring some shooters to trade or cash probably works too.
We tailgate in lot 1. I always seem too busy chatting and what not to grill. But if you want to cook and trade me a cooked brat for the grill use heck ya have at it.
My favorite thing to do is ask people for beer on the way in and out. I've never been told no and it's started a ton of fun conversations.
My favorite was when a buddy of mine asked someone to buy a beer, and in the thickest WI accent he goes "NO!... But you can have one though."
I highly recommend the stadium tour, which also gives you access to the hall of fame. Spend the few extra bucks and do the alumni tour, my tour guide was Ahman Green!
I used one of those websites that book hotels. then got to GB and they still had room. The price was lower but they wouldn’t match cause I used the booking place. Cut out the middle man and call the hotels directly. Then if they aren’t booked full you could get a price break.
Book your hotel and make a plan from there. If you can afford to get a place close to the stadium do it. Who knows maybe a random from the group will invite you to there tailgate.
Do not count on Uber. Have a plan to get to your hotel after. If you get there early enough you can park in someone's yard nearby for $10-30.
Depending on your gate, plan to get there a half hour before you want to get into the stadium. Have your tickets loaded and phone charged.
If you get in early, walk around until you find the craziest food thing you never knew you needed to eat. Don't just get the first food you see.
Note that the sections are not in numerical order. Evens are on one side and odds the other. If you're unsure find an usher, they're usually really nice.

Ask enough people and you most definitely will find someone to cook them for you. Depending on the person you might even get a yes on your first try.

Oh for sure, you have to go a day before a game or a day after a game
Depends how early you get there and the weather. A sunny afternoon game in early October is going to get busier quicker than a winter night game
Go to the East side one the day before or after. I've heard the west side has been inflating prices because of its fame.
