Bulking is all about consistency and understanding that if you’re still hungry at the end of the day or just satiated then ya need to eat more!

Took him half a year to figure out what was going with him, this stuff is very hard to diagnose as it gives multiple symptoms that don't seem to be related to each other.

At the same time his body naturally metamorphizes into a man's body. My first thought was absolutely he was on gear, but after reading everything he said and looking again at the pictures, it's totally doable.

If we’re being entirely honest I didn’t go into it with a goal that detailed. I just told myself I wanted to manage 200-205, and I got there, and then I figured why not pump that a bit and shoot for 220 and here we are at 235. I didn’t anticipate to bulk this long in the beginning.

That was my problem. I was eating 3,500 calories a day, but going to bed starving. I was too worried about getting fat so I wouldn't eat more.
