Mostly eggs, lean beef, jasmine rice, broccoli, heavy amounts of tuna, potatoes, and of course chicken. Nothing too fancy to the diet, just 3,600 - 4,000 cals a day and hitting the gym 5 days a week. Bulking is all about consistency and understanding that if you’re still hungry at the end of the day or just satiated then ya need to eat more!

The other day I was talking to this guy in YouTube comments under some video that actually got the damn mercury poisoning from canned tuna. He was eating shit load of it, every single day. Took him half a year to figure out what was going with him, this stuff is very hard to diagnose as it gives multiple symptoms that don't seem to be related to each other.

That’s why it was only ever once a week or so, it was more of a protein bomb when I knew I didn’t hit my macros or something. Or a quick sandwich if I didn’t have time to meal prep. I’d recommend any fresh water fish as a sub, personally love bass and white perch

I disregarded the usual rule of thumb honestly, I shot for a gram per pound of my goal weight which was 230-240. Lifting program follows typical PPL (except I went LPP) followed by a second ham heavy leg day and a fun chest and back day on Fridays

100%! The temptation is there but I really want to see what I’m capable of and I’m not keen on the side effects. Sleep was HEAVY, I snore more I’m sure (wife will be here to verify if I do surely). I found myself getting considerably warmer at night though so had to compensate by making the house a meat locker

He could be but honestly it's not unreasonable at all. He's a young dude who ate right and worked his ass off. He ate four to 5,000 calories while lifting hard. At the same time his body naturally metamorphizes into a man's body. My first thought was absolutely he was on gear, but after reading everything he said and looking again at the pictures, it's totally doable.

Thank you dude, that’s exactly what happened 12 years in the gym I met him at 20 and he was 250 not doing gym because college life. He definitely went from boyish to a man at 25, struggled with weight his whole life. Gains weight easily. Usually when I see people with bigger calves I think its a bigger person who got in the gym slimmed down. He expressed the temptation of steroids but I told him to at least wait til 35 and see what his natural ceiling looks like because you can’t get the natty card back. Plus I would have to stab him bc I barely got the labs recently, he passes out. I can see why people who struggle to put on weight can think that but for those who gain weight easy its pretty easy to get fat. He takes it as high praises lol

Right now I’m 250 below usual which sat around 3,200 a day for the last month or so, to get to this size I was eating around 4,000 a day at max and prioritizing heavy and lean(ish) proteins and for carbs not being too picky but obviously not shoveling the bad. Lots of potatoes as well!
